Nucaps had the pleasure of participating in one of the most important events in the international foodtech sector: Alimentaria Barcelona 2026.
At the fair, we presented our advanced encapsulation solutions for the food industry, demonstrating how our technology improves the stability, bioavailability, and performance of functional ingredients, aromas, probiotics, and other bioactive compounds.

The event was an excellent opportunity to connect with professionals, strategic partners, and potential clients from all over the world. We held insightful conversations about the current challenges in the sector and how microencapsulation can serve as a key tool for developing more innovative, healthier, and sustainable products.

We would like to express our sincere gratitude to the European Centre for Business and Innovation of Navarra (CEIN) for their support and accompaniment throughout the fair. Their commitment to innovation and the internationalization of Navarrese companies has been essential in making our participation possible and in continuing to project Nucaps beyond our borders.
We left Alimentaria Barcelona 2026 with a very positive feeling: new collaboration opportunities, high-value contacts, and a great dose of inspiration to keep advancing in our mission to drive innovation in the food sector through encapsulation.
