Recently, the#Plentyfood project consortium met for the annual review to assess the progress made.
This project, led by Tutti Food Group, S.A., includes companies such as Grupo IAN, NUCAPS, La Linea Verde – DimmidiSì, Grupo AN, Ingredalia S.L., Iberfruta Muerza S.A.U., DomusVi España, CNTA, Universidad de Navarra, and ADItech – Coordinator SINAI. Its goal is to develop healthy diets for the treatment and prevention of malnutrition and obesity, targeting vulnerable population groups.
Within Plentyfood, NUCAPS develops bioactive food ingredients with satiety-enhancing properties using our microencapsulation techniques.
