NUCAPS participated in Alimentaria FoodTech 2026, held in Barcelona, a leading event bringing together professionals, companies and key stakeholders from the food industry, focused on innovation, technology and the future of the sector.

As part of the event, Mariano Oto, CEO of NUCAPS, participated in the roundtable discussion “From Ideation to Market: Turning Food Innovation into an International Business”, where he shared his insights and experience on transforming innovative ideas into business opportunities with international potential.
