Nucaps nominated for the ‘Spanish StartUp with Greater International Projection’ award for Food 4 Future
One more year, the name of Nucaps resonates with force in one of the leading events in the sector. The next 16, 17, and 18 May will be held in Bilbao Food 4 Future Expo Foodtech, a reference event in which the Foodtech Awards will be presented.
The award ceremony will be at the Guggenheim Museum on Wednesday, May 17. It will be known if the Navarrese StarUp finally repeats the success of the 2021 edition in which it received the ‘Most Innovative Foodtech Startup of the Year award.
Presentation of a joint project with Bread Free
Food 4 Future will also serve as the setting for the presentation of a joint project with the other company from Navarra that has been nominated for the awards: Bread Free.
Together with it, we have developed a product made with wheat flour suitable for celiacs, replacing the salt with NuCla, with a 30% lower sodium content: the bread of the future, for celiacs and hypertensives and with the same flavor as always.
