Alba Calvo joins the NUCAPS team as Project Manager

The NUCAPS team continues to grow. After recently announcing that Izaskun Imbuluzqueta will become the head of the Technology Transfer Department with the position of Tech-Transfer Manager, we announce the incorporation of Dr. Alba Calvo into the team.

Doctor in Medicines and Health, Alba arrives to reinforce the new developments team as Project Manager. Graduated in Biochemistry and with a master’s degree in Medicines R&D&I from the University of Navarra, she completed her doctoral thesis on tropical diseases, to identify new strategies for releasing new drugs.
In the last three years, Alba has worked on developing, optimizing, and encapsulating vaccines against SARS-CoV-2.
