Luzia Botella, New COO in NUCAPS

Nucaps continues expanding as an ingredient manufacturer, and Luzia Botella has become a key position in Nucap’s strategy.

Luzia studied chemical engineering specializing in process engineering and continued my training with an international PhD in Thermochemical Processes Group at Aragon Institute of Engineering Research (I3A), University of Zaragoza.

She has wide experience as a process engineer, focused on scaling and feasibility evaluation of industrial projects in different sectors (automotive, textile, food) and on quality and environmental management systems. 

During the last 4 years, she has been involved in the startup ecosystem mainly in the food and packaging areas, continuing her development in industrialization and acquiring business development experience.
