NUCAPS welcomes Silvia Beruete Izco to the team in the Business Development position.

Silvia holds a degree in International Business Administration and Management from the Universidad Pública de Navarra. After completing her curricular internship at NUCAPS, she has now joined the team on a permanent basis.
During her internship, she stood out for her clear commercial orientation, her ability to understand client needs and identify business opportunities. She participated proactively in marketing, communication, and promotion activities, contributing creative ideas and helping to strengthen the company’s positioning. She also distinguished herself for her ease in communicating value propositions, her proactive attitude, and her ability to perform effectively in dynamic and collaborative environments.
